This website uses one technically necessary cookie for the dashboard session and consent-based analytics cookies (set only after opt-in via the banner). The API itself sets no cookies and works fine with all of them disabled.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Email privacy@unstructred.io and we'll respond within 30 days — in practice usually within two business days. You may also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use submitted documents to train extraction models unless you explicitly opt in per workspace.
Parsed documents and results are deleted 30 days after processing by default (configurable 0–90 days). Account data is retained for the life of the account plus the statutory commercial retention periods (typically 6–10 years for invoices).

unstructred provides infrastructure for parsing documents into structured data. You remain responsible for having the rights to the documents you submit and for complying with data protection law applicable to their contents.
Published quotas (pages per month, concurrent parses) and rate limits apply per plan. You agree not to circumvent them, not to use the service to build a directly competing document-parsing API, and not to submit documents containing content that is unlawful in Germany. We throttle first and block second, with notice by email where practicable.
Plans bill monthly in EUR (VAT added for EU customers without a valid VAT ID) or annually by invoice. Overage is billed per page at published rates.
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Scale and Enterprise plans include contractual SLAs with service credits; current status is always visible on our status page. Monthly uptime for 2025 was 99.97%.
Liability is limited per § 7 of our order forms and excludes indirect damages except where German law (e.g. § 309 BGB) mandates otherwise. These terms are governed by German law, with Berlin as the place of jurisdiction.
Our standard DPA (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) is available in the dashboard settings and covers all plan levels. EU-only processing is available on request; our primary processing region is Frankfurt, with backups in Amsterdam.
